How do I book my appointment?

You can easily book online by selecting your preferred service, date, and time. A 50% deposit is required when scheduling to reserve your appointment. You may cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

What should I do to prepare for my massage?

Come hydrated, well-rested, and ready to relax. Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours beforehand, and plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in. This helps ensure your session starts calm and centered.

Where should I park and how do I check in?

There’s plenty of free street parking on West Rustic Lodge Ave. Once you arrive, just text 612-462-4276 to let your therapist know you’re here. You’ll be welcomed in and guided to the massage room.

What happens during my session?

Each massage begins with a brief consultation to identify your goals and areas of focus. Your therapist will tailor techniques and pressure to meet your specific needs - whether you’re seeking deep relief, recovery support, or pure relaxation.

You’ll have privacy to get comfortable on a heated, cushioned table. Throughout the session, your comfort is the priority. Communication is always welcome, and adjustments can be made at any time to ensure the most effective and restorative experience.
